Imagine walking out your front door and just being steps away from WINEFEST or July 4th fireworks or taking a 2 minute walk to the lake. This Split Rock landscaped cottage has wonderful curb appeal and sits on a half acre lot with plenty of room for future expansion if wanted or plenty of room for your boat & toys. The outside fire pit for evening smores was built around boulders and has a 2 person swing and adirondack chairs with night lights There is 3 driveways, 2 in the front and 1 on the side and a stone path that goes around the entire cottage so plenty of room for parking. You enter the cottage through a quaint screened in porch that is a fabulous spot for your morning coffee. As you enter the front door and turn into the dining / kitchen area with cathedral ceilings and dramatic floor to ceiling stone fireplace. Then enter into the great room with gorgeous cedar walls & vaulted ceilings topped off with an amazing wood burning stove which leads you to the outside deck to fire up the grill and have lunch or dinner. The bedroom boasts a King Bed with vanity and a generous closet. The foyer is perfect to store your luggage and has a large closet. The loft has additional sleeping with 4 twin mattresses perfect for the teenagers. There is also a full unfinished basement with washer/ dryer hook up and ample space for storage etc. Come have a look and start making memories !
