Tim came to the real estate industry after 25 years of customer service as a Vice President with Goldman Sachs & Company, where he serviced the needs of stock and options traders on three different stock exchanges. For more than fifteen years, Tim’s career change has allowed him to service the needs of home buyers and sellers with the goal of providing the same excellent customer service that his past clients at the stock exchanges came to expect of him. Tim is a CERTIFIED MENTOR with eXp Realty and has been designated as a "Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE)," and as a “Certified Distress Property Expert,”(CDPE). As a CNE, and with many years of experience in the business-world, he is highly qualified to negotiate and represent his clients. As a CDPE, he is uniquely qualified to work with homeowners that are over-financed and are facing foreclosure, or a possible short sale.
